Terms of Service

1. Who you contract with

These terms are an agreement between you and Intell Dynamic SRL, which operates PostDepo.

By creating an account or using PostDepo you accept these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you use it on behalf of a company, you accept them for that company and confirm that you may.

2. The service

PostDepo copies the posts and stories of the social accounts you connect, keeps them privately, and turns the ones you choose into pages on your own website — articles in your store's blog or pages on a subdomain we host — that search engines can index and AI assistants can read. We improve and change the service over time; when a change removes something you pay for, we tell you in advance.

We do not guarantee any position in search results, any number of readers, or that a search engine or AI assistant will show or cite your pages — those decisions are theirs.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
• Keep your sign-in secure: you are responsible for what is done through your account.
• You may use PostDepo as a consumer or as a business. Where these terms give a right to consumers, it belongs only to people acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

4. Your content

Your posts, photos, videos and pages remain yours. You give us the permission we need to provide the service: to copy, store, process and adapt your content — for example by describing pictures, transcribing speech and writing a draft from them — and to publish it where you tell us to, for as long as you use the service and, for a published page, until you unpublish it.

You confirm that you hold the rights to what you bring in and publish, including the rights of anyone shown in it, and that publishing it breaks no law and no one's rights. You are responsible for what you publish, and we may refuse or remove content that is unlawful or breaks these terms.

Where your content contains other people's personal data, you are the controller of that data and we process it on your behalf, only to provide the service, as our Privacy Policy describes.

5. AI writing

Where your plan includes AI writing, an AI model drafts pages for you from the posts you choose and from your brand's brief — what research found about your brand on the public web and you confirmed. A draft is private until you approve it, and you can edit it, have it written again or delete it.

AI can be wrong. A draft is written only from your posts and your confirmed brief and is checked against them, but it may still misread a picture, mishear a reel or say something inaccurate. Read every draft before you approve it: a page you approve is your content, and you are responsible for it like any other.

Before AI writes for your brand, you confirm its brief: you can strike anything the research found, add facts and list what must never be said, and we instruct the AI accordingly. Keep the brief accurate and up to date.

The text written for you is yours to use like the rest of your pages, and we claim no rights in it. Text produced by AI may not be protected by copyright, and similar wording may be produced for others.

Plans that include AI writing include a number of AI articles each calendar month: one is used each time AI writes a draft, or writes it again, at your request. Unused ones do not carry over to the next month; extra ones we grant you do not expire. If a draft cannot be written, the article it used is given back, and researching your brand or rewriting a draft that came out too similar to another of your pages uses none.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use PostDepo for content that is unlawful, infringes someone's rights, misleads, harasses or is spam.
• Connect only accounts, upload only archives and describe only brands or products that are yours or that you are authorised to represent — and a person only if it is you or you have their agreement.
• Do not try to break, overload or probe the service, to get around its limits or security, or to reach data that is not yours.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where the law requires it and the situation allows.

7. Third-party services

PostDepo depends on services run by others: Google Cloud and Firebase for hosting, storage and sign-in, and for the speech recognition and text analysis behind AI writing; Anthropic for AI writing and research; Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and the other networks your content comes from; Stripe for payments; Resend for email; and the store or website platform you publish to. Their availability, terms and decisions — for example a network changing or withdrawing access to its API or deleting content, or an AI provider changing or withdrawing a model — are outside our control, and your use of them is also governed by their own terms.

8. Plans, payments and renewal

• Prices are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout, including VAT where it applies. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from the Billing screen; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and you keep access until then.
• A free trial, where one is offered, costs nothing while it lasts; cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
• Credit packs are paid for in advance and are used up as you create pages.
• We may change prices for future periods. We tell you before a new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

9. No refunds, and the 14-day right of withdrawal

Payments are final and we do not give refunds — not for a partly used period, not for unused credits or AI articles, not on cancellation — except as this section or the law provides.

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a subscription or a credit pack purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason, as Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 provides. Tell us clearly before the 14 days are over — an email to contact@intelldynamic.ro is enough — and we reimburse you within 14 days of receiving your decision, using the payment method you paid with.

If you asked for the service to start during those 14 days — which is what happens when you start using it straight away — you pay for what was provided up to the moment you withdrew, in proportion to the whole, and credits already used count as provided.

If you buy as a business, there is no right of withdrawal and no refund.

Nothing in these terms removes a right that consumer law gives you and that a contract cannot exclude, including your rights when the service does not conform to what was agreed.

10. Your data and our providers

We take reasonable care of your data — encryption, access controls, and providers chosen for their reliability. But it is stored and processed on infrastructure run by third parties — Google Cloud and Firebase, Meta, Stripe, Anthropic and the other providers our Privacy Policy names — which we do not control.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, corruption, deletion or unavailability of data, or interruption of the service, caused by these providers — by their outages, failures or security incidents, or by changes to their services, terms or access, including a network deleting content or withdrawing access to its API.

Your original posts stay on the networks where you published them, and you can download a copy of your data at any time. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

11. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as it is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — such as lost profit, revenue, customers, opportunities or reputation — and our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability the law does not allow to be limited, and nothing affects the rights consumers have under mandatory law.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using PostDepo and delete your account at any time from your account settings; deleting it cancels your subscription first. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. When it ends, we stop hosting your pages and delete your data as the Privacy Policy describes — so download anything you want to keep first.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Every new version is published here with its number and date; when a change matters, we tell you in advance and ask you to accept the new version — in your account settings, or when you next sign in. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account before the change applies.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law, and disputes are settled by the competent courts of Romania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and may bring a claim there.

As a consumer you can also turn to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro), including its alternative dispute resolution service.
